Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and repair of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Continuous improvement of technical skills and knowledge
• Courtesy vehicle inspections
• Collaborative troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Maintenance of high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Effective communication with the service department and other technicians

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong desire to serve customers
• ASE certifications preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Commitment to long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and moving objects up to 100 pounds
• Working with tools on elevated vehicles
• Working in confined spaces
• Navigating computer systems
