Job Description
We are seeking experienced Master Level Technicians/Mechanics who possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional results in a customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles with a focus on quality and safety
- Collaborate with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work closely with other technicians to solve problems and deliver distinguished results
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
- Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred
- Able to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday
