**Job Title:** Master Automotive Technician / Mechanic

**Location:** Beaumont, TX

We are seeking energetic and positive Master Level Technicians / Mechanics who have a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles for our guests using knowledge & skills
• Continuously building experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Working as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• FOLLOWING AND PROMOTING OUR HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY, CLEANLINESS, AND ORGANIZATION
• Working closely with the service department and effectively communicating guest concerns
• Working together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
• 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds
• Being able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Working in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Having the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walking/standing for the majority of their workday
• Driving manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigating a computer
