Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Vehicle Diagnostic Expert. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques and tools to identify and repair complex vehicle issues, Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, Participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance technical skills, Ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs, Communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience), ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve within 2 years, Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in confined spaces, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
