Carrying on the mission established in 1939, we welcome over 16,000 people to enjoy our 498-bed campus to form authentic relationships through summer camps and retreats for families, children, youth, college ministries, non-profit organizations, and specialty groups. The management team strives to love deeply, host graciously, and serve intentionally. Under your leadership, over 1,000 summer campers will experience Jesus Christ through the program you prayerfully implement! The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of all Glen Lake Camp program content, and seasonal staff management.
