YOUR DAY AS A CHARGE NURSE
As a new Charge Nurse at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to our residents. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining accurate medical records, administering medications, and addressing any patient concerns or emergencies that may arise. WHAT MATTERS MOST
- To excel as a Charge Nurse at Christian Care Centers, Inc, you will need to hold an RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Maintain an active RN license in the state of Texas and have at least one year of nursing experience in a long-term or other healthcare setting (two or more years preferred).
- You should have strong assessment and clinical skills at a med-surg level, along with excellent supervisory and communication abilities.
