Position Overview: The Dispatch Assistant will work closely with our dispatcher. This person will be interacting with the drivers & customers on a daily basis. A great way to get one's foot in the door and grow one's position.

- Assist dispatch where needed and be able to cover for the dispatcher when dispatcher is unavailable
- Maintain good customer service relationships by utilizing sound communication regarding load status
- Communicate professionally, effectively, and timely with customers/suppliers and co-workers
- Utilize ELD equipment and dispatching software
- Process billing
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Management Team
