Executive Director - Drive The Goal
This well-established, not-for-profit, residential, faith-based adult men’s center is seeking an Executive Director. The facility is situated in rural northern Texas near a historic, growing metropolitan area. The organization utilizes education, soft and hard skill development and comprises several unique micro businesses with an established record of success. The focus is on the restoration of men, ages 18 and up, struggling with life controlling issues. The organization is headed by a local board and is affiliated with a national faith-based organization.
The right candidate will bring the needed blend of business, marketing, organizational and spiritual leadership skills along with a strategic mindset to drive the future success of the organization by aligning teams under one vision. Note, this is a non-MAT facility and relies on group, mentor, peer and pastoral focused counseling.
Qualifications Sought
Note- this position is on site and provides family friendly modern housing.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Pastoral counseling certification and/or proven experience.
P&L experience in either for profit or non-profit.
Successful fundraising and development experience.
Facilities management experience.
Proven leadership experience.
Passion and desire to interact daily with staff and students. A burden for souls.
Hands-on mentality to do what it takes.
In agreement with the organization’s philosophy and principles of ministry and in alignment with 1 Timothy 3 guidelines for Christian leadership.
