Hope House Northern Colorado (Hope House NoCO) is seeking an inspirational leader to guide the mission of empowering parenting teen moms toward personal and economic self-sufficiency. As the next Executive Director, one will lead a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming lives by providing comprehensive support, education, and resources to teen moms in Northern Colorado. Hope House Northern Colorado is looking for a passionate, strategic leader who can drive the vision forward and expand the impact in the community.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership experience, strategic planning skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting at-risk adolescent parents. One will oversee the innovative programs, including parenting classes, educational support, counseling, and career development initiatives. The role will be pivotal in developing the first residential facility through a capital campaign, creating sustainable funding strategies, and building strong relationships with staff, participants, donors, and community partners.
Hope House Northern Colorado values diverse experiences and perspectives. The next Executive Director should have demonstrated leadership in nonprofit settings, excellent communication skills, and a business-owner mindset. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
