BRN is looking for someone with 5 years of Human Resources experience to manage the daily functions of the Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing HR processes, administering pay and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have held progressively responsible roles in HR and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Track compliance with training, continuing education, and certifications (e.g., safety, anti-harassment)
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Manage recruitment, background checks, new hire orientations, and employee recognition programs
- Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations
- Address HR inquiries and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and stay updated on HR trends and best practices
