Position Description: The Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director, Corporate Office, and is a full-time position responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, merchandise, and media to promote Ariel Ministries products and services through the Corporate Office and the Shoshanah Campus. This role will focus on content creation, digital & media marketing, community outreach, and events to support the organization’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit communications, a strong understanding of Messianic Jewish ministry, and a passion for helping people connect with Ariel Ministries. This role is responsible for work performed remotely, at conferences, and at the San Antonio Corporate Office and Shoshanah Campus in Keeseville, New York.

- Coordinating the relationships between the Corporate Office and graphic artists, web designers, advertisers, content suppliers, social media specialists, and other marketing-related service providers
- Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
- Creating engaging multimedia content (e.g., print media, video, graphics, photography, branding) to enhance messaging and outreach efforts
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
- Supporting donor engagement through targeted communication campaigns and special projects
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
- Managing the retail sales area and café (The Shuk)
- Negotiating the purchase of books, merchandise, and café products
- Partnering with product development suppliers and management
- Organizing and promoting special events (e.g., celebrations, outreaches, etc.)
- Ability to maintain an enthusiastic, professional, and Messiah-like attitude while working independently
- Feels called by God to serve in this role and agrees with the core beliefs of Ariel Ministries as expressed in the doctrinal statement.
- A commitment to promote Jewish evangelism and discipleship, with a growing love for the Jewish people and a desire to see the gospel shared to the Jew first and also to the nations (Romans 1:16)
- Background or knowledge in communications, marketing, and the arts
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- Above reproach in character, demonstrating integrity in all areas of life
- Eligible to work in the US
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
