What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Relations Specialist - SonSet Solutions position at Christian Career Center?
Use one's communication and relational skills to create and maintain collaborative relationships with hundreds of ministries to advance the gospel around the world. Foster deep partnerships with like-minded organizations that serve each other in fulfilling our God-given roles for accomplishing the great commission. Represent SonSet Solutions to our ministry partners and ensure the effectiveness of the solutions.
Qualifications – Familiarity with world geography and cultural diversity. Experience in customer relations or support is preferred. Track record of relationship building skill over a period of at least two years. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competency in public speaking, writing, and presenting.
Responsibilities – Cultivate partnerships with new ministries, representing the ministry interests and strengths of SonSet Solutions, and identifying possible solutions that might meet the needs. Proactively maintain vibrant, healthy relationships with the ministry partners by communicating with them often and staying informed on the progress. Renew and update partnership agreements every three years. Manage the ministry partner accounts and orders.
Fundamental Requirements – Be a born-again follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for service, passionate for the advancement of the gospel around the world, and willing to uphold the SonSet Solutions Statement of Faith.
This is a full-time or part-time position, at our offices in Elkhart, Indiana. For supported staff, it requires the development of ministry partnerships for prayer and financial backing. A volunteer may also fill this position.
