Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial advisors through calls, Zoom meetings, emails, and in-person visits
- Communicate the features and benefits of Timothy Plan’s mutual funds and ETFs to advisors
- Travel periodically for meetings and represent the company at advisor conferences as a booth sponsor
- Support financial advisors in integrating Biblically Responsible Investing into their practices
- Deliver Timothy Plan’s elevator pitch, highlighting the core values and the benefits of Biblically Responsible Investing without giving any financial advice or recommendations
- Actively collaborate with team members to share ideas and foster growth
- Maintain an active FINRA Series 7 license through continuing education
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations to small and large audiences
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Excellent phone skills and warm personality
- Prior experience in financial sales or a similar role
- Active FINRA Series 7 license or willingness to obtain
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
