Oasis World Ministries is searching for a Multi-Media and Content Specialist with integrity and a strong, Spirit-filled passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and evangelism. The ideal candidate possesses strong marketing skills with knowledge of content creation, multimedia, and technology. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, positive, honest, and trustworthy. Responsibilities
- Designs and produces digital content for use in Oasis World Ministries promotional and educational materials
- Create, record, and edit video, audio, static, and slide content using best practices and maintaining Oasis brand/graphic standards across a variety of media platforms
- Coordinates the development and optimization of multi-media marketing content
- Researches and acquires artwork, photographs, illustrations, and footage, and maintains multi-media graphics library
- Collaborate with local and global teams to develop material and obtain required translations
- Conduct advance planning for special events, including coordination with participants for upcoming productions
- Develops and maintains functional knowledge of Oasis products and services
- Stays informed on current design, communication, and marketing trends and new technology
- Provide oversight, assistance, and formatting for translated materials
- Maintain a wide variety of records and prepare reports including data-driven analytics and data usage reports
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Required skills and qualifications
- Able to collaborate with diverse teams, including the President, Board of Directors, and local and global teams
- Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, report progress, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritizations skills
- Must be strategic, detail oriented, and able to problem solve
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, multi-media, and content creation
- A self-starter who takes initiative, completes tasks with minimal supervision
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Values and understands cross-cultural communication and expectations
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Associate’s degree and one to three years of related experience
- Experience in a non-profit organization
