Regional Sales Manager - Timothy Plan

The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in the team, centered around fostering relationships with financial advisors and proficiently explaining the range of mutual fund and ETF products. Effective communication through various channels, willingness to travel, comfort in sales, and the capacity to promote Biblically Responsible Investing are vital. One must be adept at delivering the Timothy Plan's elevator pitch and contributing positively in a team environment. Maintaining an active FINRA Series 7 license through continuing education is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with financial advisors through calls, Zoom meetings, emails, and in-person visits
• Communicate the features and benefits of Timothy Plan’s mutual funds and ETFs to advisors
• Travel periodically for meetings and represent the company at advisor conferences as a booth sponsor
• Support financial advisors in integrating Biblically Responsible Investing into their practices
• Deliver Timothy Plan’s elevator pitch, highlighting the core values and the benefits of Biblically Responsible Investing without giving any financial advice or recommendations
• Actively collaborate with team members to share ideas and foster growth
• Maintain an active FINRA Series 7 license through continuing education
