The Christian Center of Park City (CCPC) is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Director of Development to lead and execute its fundraising efforts. This is a critical role designed to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of CCPC’s programs and services. The Director of Development will be responsible for cultivating relationships with mid-level donors, managing grants, planning fundraising events, and developing a long-term fundraising strategy, allowing the Executive Director to focus on major and transformational donors.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 annually ( performance-based bonus)
- Three weeks of paid time off for the first three years (accrued quarterly).

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Donor Cultivation
- Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy to support CCPC’s mission and long-term goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit mid-level and major donors, building relationships to encourage increased giving.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to engage key donor segments and maintain donor retention.
- Provide strategic support to the Executive Director for donor relationships and planned giving initiatives.
- Track and analyze donor trends, ensuring strong stewardship and personalized engagement strategies.
- Research, apply for, and manage grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government entities.
- Work with internal departments to gather data, develop budgets, and submit timely grant applications.
- Maintain grant documentation, compliance records, and reporting schedules.
- Lead and execute all major fundraising events, including the annual Counseling Center gala, Hike for Hunger, Live PC Give PC, and donor appreciation events.
- Assess the role of events within CCPC’s fundraising strategy, refining and enhancing event ROI.
- Collaborate with the Director of Programs to incorporate development efforts into program-focused events.
- Oversee Salesforce donor database, ensuring accurate donor tracking and analytics.
- Generate and analyze development reports for fundraising campaigns, donor trends, and grant performance.
- Ensure seamless CRM integration across all relevant CCPC departments.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Grants Manager to develop fundraising materials, donor newsletters, and social media campaigns.
- Expand CCPC’s donor base by engaging new prospects and increasing visibility in the community.
- Represent CCPC’s mission, vision, and values internally and externally.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward new ideas and change.
- Regularly attend management team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or CFRE preferred).
- Proven track record in fundraising, donor cultivation, and securing mid-to-major gifts.
- Experience in grant writing, event planning, and managing fundraising campaigns.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other donor management software.
- Current valid driver’s license
