Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons prepared by the Head Teacher, tailored to foster growth in both academic and spiritual development.
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and a nurturing manner with children, providing a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure children's needs are met.
- Be flexible and proactive in adapting to the daily needs of children, supporting a wide range of activities (both indoor and outdoor).
- Show endurance and consistency in maintaining a structured, yet creative classroom setting that nurtures curiosity and independence.
- Perform light cleaning and assist with maintaining a safe and inviting space for children to learn and grow.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in adhering to school policies and upholding our Christian values.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 1 year of childcare experience (Preferred)
- Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, with schedules between 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:30pm (no weekends, no evenings, paid holidays, and PTO).
- Part-time availability
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience and education

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
