Job Description
The FAMILY INTEGRATION THERAPIST plays a vital role in supporting residents and their families. This position involves working closely with the clinical team to ensure that residents' needs are met regarding contact with family, and that each family has their treatment needs met.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise family time and phone calls as needed, establishing clear expectations for all involved.
- Oversee the implementation of TBRI principles and techniques within cottage teams and teach them to families as applicable.
- Provide effective family therapy, parent education, and other related services.
- Communicate effectively with cottage teams, attend meetings, share feedback, and complete all necessary paperwork within set deadlines.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent, along with licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).

- A valid Ohio driver's license with an insurable driving record, as well as the ability to legally and safely drive a vehicle.
- The ability to maintain compliance with CCHO's requirements for using physical restraints, including sufficient strength and completion of extensive training.
