About the Role:

• The FAMILY INTEGRATION THERAPIST position requires a high level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident and their family.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide family therapy, parent education, and other related services to support residents and their families.
• Collaborate with cottage teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent, along with licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).
• A master's degree is preferred.
• A valid Ohio driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• The ability to maintain compliance with CCHO's requirements for using physical restraints.
