Nursing Leadership Opportunity

This position involves:
- Supervising nursing assistants and guiding them in delivering quality care.
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the nursing department.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assessing resident needs and reporting changes in physical/mental conditions to Nurse Managers and physicians.
- Consulting with Nurse Manager and/or physicians regarding resident needs.
- Assisting LPNs with resident concerns and assessments.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an approved nursing program for RN/LPN.
- A current license as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience or training in geriatric or long-term care nursing is preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification.
