TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Logistics Management
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound transportation for fine jewelry, timepieces, and exceptional flow inventory across the Americas zone.
- Proactively monitor and track shipments, resolving delays and escalations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage domestic transportation operations, optimizing routes and efficiency for both sellable and non-sellable inventory.
- Coordinate logistics for events involving carnets and TIBs, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and seamless movement of product.
- Review and validate transportation invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Assist in budget forecasting and cost tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement cost-optimization strategies, balancing spend, security, and service quality.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $80,000 - $95,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
