Front Desk Receptionist Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars help clear charts
- call employees in for chart finishing
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, transcribing, and data entry
- Provide personal assistant support to the office manager
- Coordinate projects with other team members
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Utilize Google Suite to manage documents, spreadsheets, and emails
Experience:
- 1 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
