Christian Family Care Social Services Agency is looking to hire a full-time Enrollment Specialist & Classroom Support for their Family Care KIDS Learning Center on 7th Avenue and Glendale Avenue, Phoenix. We are seeking intuitive, energetic, adaptable, and highly capable candidates. We maintain a fun and positive environment where the day moves quickly! We function as a team and support each other through an all-hands-on-deck approach. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, pays a competitive salary of $17- $20 per hour depending on education and experience and provides a flexible benefits package which can include childcare benefits, health insurance, disability insurance, paid vacation and holiday, and retirement plan.

As a Family Care KIDS staff, you will oversee the enrollment of children and families in the center. These enrollment responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date child registrations, records, rosters, and emergency information as required for AZ Department of Health Services, Child Care Licensing. Consistency is crucial to creating a successful and sustainable early childhood education program. Due to staffing and ratios, all staff members are expected to be in regular attendance to provide a consistent environment and routine.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Negative TB test within last 12 months
- Current AZ State Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 6 months classroom experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to spend time outdoors, lift at least 35lbs., crouch/bend over, sit on the floor and stand for extended time periods, obtain Food handlers card
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge: ECE best practices
- High level of organizational skills
