Chief Operations Officer serves as a strategic thought partner and lieutenant to the President / CEO by guiding, advising, and executing the vision and strategic mission of the President / CEO and Board of CFC. Operational excellence and efficient execution of day-to-day operations are the primary responsibilities of the COO. The COO is a trusted advisor and objective truth teller to the President. He is comfortable telling the President behind closed doors when he / she disagrees but ultimately stands united with the President. This position must have strong writing, speaking, analytical, and learning skills and be able to defend traditional, conservative, and Biblical values, confronting changing cultural norms and religious decline with wisdom and love.
Essential Functions Include
Minimum requirements include 10 years of senior management experience and a bachelor's degree in business, business administration, MBA preferred . Travel occasionally throughout the state.
