Christian Family Care Social Services Agency is looking to hire a full-time Young Adult Services Case Manager & Coach. Are you looking for purpose in your work? This position pays a competitive salary range of $20 - $22 per hour. The Young Adult Services Case Manager & Coach engages older teens and young adults, ages 17 to 21, participating in the Extended Foster Care (EFC) program through the Department of Child Safety. The primary responsibility of the Coach is to provide strengths-based, outcome-oriented case management and interventions in a coach-like capacity. The Coach supports the development of life skills and vocational or educational goals while facilitating connections to community resources through consistency, collaboration, and relational engagement. This position works closely with other Christian Family Care (CFC) programs, DCS, and community providers to develop and implement a therapeutic approach with youth-driven, strength-based case plans. The Coach strives to become a consistent and supportive presence in the young person’s life, guiding them through their transition to adulthood and helping them achieve their goals for independence.
If you are over 26 years old, have 1 years’ experience working directly with youth aged 14 – 26, and have a bachelor’s or associate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or a closely related field, please apply now!
Additional requirements include heavy travel within the greater Phoenix metro area. Travel in Northern & Southern rural areas. Administrative work may be completed at home. Availability after hours on weekends and holidays in the event of a critical incident. Annual validation of driver’s license and driving record, proof of current vehicle registration and vehicle insurance. Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and clear Central Registry Background Check. Annual, random drug testing.
