Description
Christian Family Solutions is a faith-based, religious organization committed to our mission, healing and helping people in need through the ministry of Jesus Christ. We are recruiting a part-time Wellness Specialist to provide services through our School Based Partnership Program. This role has been created to support the growing mental health needs that are arising in the schools that we serve. This position does not provide clinical therapy, but instead focuses on case management duties and provides mental wellness in schools. We are actively seeking those who are members of a WELS or ELS congregation and have a strong desire to learn more about integrating Christian practices based on these principles.
Hours for this position are generally 8am-4pm, three days per week. As a part-time employee, you'll be eligible for our 401(k) plan and employer match policy, and our Paid Time Off (PTO) policy compliant with Minnesota regulations.

Quality mental health delivered with integrity is the first commitment we make to our clients. An additional commitment we make is to offer the option of Christian faith principles integrated with a client’s treatment, as needed and desired by the client. Research has proven that such faith-integrated treatment is effective and has longer lasting impact. It is an approach we are committed to delivering, and we train our staff to provide it. You will work in a unique environment where both your professional skills and your faith can grow.
