We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Concierge Associate to join the Administration department. The Concierge Associate works in conjunction with the Lead Concierge to assure high resident/family satisfaction results in Heritage Manor East, Heritage Manor West post-acute care unit, and Southgate. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Competencies:
- Assists with preparation of associated paperwork for new PACU/West admissions.
- Acts as a liaison between residents/family members of the Heritage Manor's healthcare team.
- Assists with beauty parlor scheduling and transport as needed.
- Provides general assistance on unit(s).
- Following up with concerns, as appropriate, and ensuring inquiries have been resolved.
- Performs administrative and clerical duties.
- Keeps organized records.
- Assists to ensure room readiness for incoming admissions/transfers.
- Submits IS and Plant Operations work orders to address identified IS and environmental needs.
- Assists with safety rounds on assigned unit(s).
- May participate in resident care plan meetings as needed.
- Greets and escorts new admissions to their room. Orients admissions to Christian Health and gives necessary paperwork.
- Communicates new and/or updated information with family members.
- All other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Full-time, 10am-6pm, Tuesday – Saturday.
Education: Bachelors’ degree preferred.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years customer service experience in healthcare working with the adult population.
- Must be able to use the following computer applications: Microsoft Office Products and the Internet.
