We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Dishwasher, to join The Vista.  The Dishwasher will be responsible for operating the dishwashing machine including loading, operation and cleaning the dishwasher and maintaining sanitary conditions in the dish room. Disposes of trash and garbage from kitchen, cleans trash containers and floors. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.

Competencies:

• Empties garbage cans and cleans them daily. 
• Notifies management if temperatures do not meet established standards. 
• Maintains cleanliness of all equipment, working areas, walls, floors, in dish room in compliance with sanitary codes. 
• Checks water temperature of machine. 
• Consistently demonstrates safety awareness by being cautious at all times while pushing/pulling truck. 
• Prepares dishwashing machine for operation. 
• Empties and cleans dishwasher inside and out when finished. 
• Operates dishwasher to ensure thorough cleaning of dishware and utensils. 
• Maintains and cleans food trucks on a daily basis. 
• Maintains clean and orderly working area according to work flow responsibilities. 
• Ensures that the supplies necessary to perform job duties are on hand and/or retrieves them from the storeroom as needed. 
• Consistently performs all tasks outlined on work flow sheets in a timely and high quality manner. 

Schedule: Full time,12:30pm-8:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Hourly Pay Rate:  $19.00 (weekdays) and $21.00 (weekends).

Education: High School diploma preferred.
