The Concierge Associate plays a vital role in achieving this mission by ensuring high resident and family satisfaction in Heritage Manor East and West post-acute care units, as well as Southgate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary paperwork for new admissions
- Act as a liaison between residents/family members and the healthcare team
- Schedule beauty parlor appointments and transport residents as needed
- Provide general assistance on the unit
- Follow up on concerns and ensure inquiries are resolved
- Perform administrative and clerical duties
- Keep organized records
- Assist with room readiness for incoming admissions/transfers
- Submit work orders to address identified issues
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
