About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Christian Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, patients, and visitors.
This is a full-time position working under the direction of the Director of Safety and Security. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safety and Security: Patrol Christian Health buildings and grounds to prevent accidents and incidents; respond to emergencies and cover meals during the main portion of the workday.
- Training and Development: Provide field training for new hires in Security; orient new personnel to their position responsibilities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Write accurate, clear, and legible incident reports and documents investigatory steps and results.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in security management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Criminal justice background with traffic control experience preferred.
- A valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing.
