Job Summary
Christian Health is seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join its Risk Management & Safety department. This full-time position will work under the direction of the Director of Safety and Security, providing support in all safety and security matters related to protecting life and property on Christian Health premises.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in security management, preferably with a criminal justice background and traffic control experience. A valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Premises Protection: Patrol Christian Health buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism; secure, unlock, and protect Christian Health buildings.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and cover meals during the main portion of the workday.
- Training and Development: Provide field training for new hires in Security; orient new personnel to their position responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in security management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Criminal justice background with traffic control experience preferred.
- A valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing.
