Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Contact and nurture warm leads from in-home sales efforts that did not result in an initial sale.
- High-Volume Calling: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Sales Process Management: Manage leads efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the in-home sales team to refine lead quality and improve follow-up strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
