Your Responsibilities
- Daily documentation of patient care
- Transcription of physicians' orders to MARs
- Notification of pharmacy for new orders
- Administration of medications as ordered by physician
- All other duties assigned by Director of Nursing

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse RN license within the state of Wisconsin
