*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other special needs in a group home setting. *Duties* - Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications following proper protocols - Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and social outings - Maintain a safe and clean environment within the group home - Document and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor *Qualifications* - Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred - Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care needs - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Familiarity with medication administration procedures is a plus - Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with residents - Background in nursing or healthcare is beneficial but not required
