Job Details

  • Step Down Unit Nights
  • Ratios : 1 : 4
  • Years of experience REQ : 2 years
  • First-timers accepted : N
  • 1900-730 36-hour commitment and every other weekend required.
  • Must have experience in trach vents and titration of pressors, must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months.

  • Must be certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
  • Experience in trach vents and titration of pressors required.
  • Must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months.

    • Schedule Information

  • Weekend REQ : 2 shifts every other weekend.
  • For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
  • For night shift it can be Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday - depends on who already is on rotation.
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours for 3-12s.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Special Requirements : Titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines, external pacemakers, chest tubes.
