About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide exceptional care to our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing resident care plans, preparing and administering medications, and supervising ancillary personnel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and relevant resident care plans.
- Document patient care issues and report them to personnel as required.
- Recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of illness or injury.
- Supervise and direct ancillary personnel.
Qualifications
- COLORADO STATE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE license in good standing.
- 1-year experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Interact with residents, family members, and visitors regularly.
