Position Overview
As a CNA, you will assist residents with their personal hygiene and daily living activities, ensuring that their emotional, social, mental, spiritual, and physical needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily hygiene and personal care for residents.
- Learn each resident's preferences to tailor care accordingly.
- Accurately document resident care and report any discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
- Implement safety, infection control, and risk management protocols consistently.
- Maintain effective communication with your supervisor about residents' status and conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
