Your Mission
- Ensure residents' comfort and well-being during nighttime hours.
- Mastery personal care skills, observation, and positivity spreading throughout the night.
- Become a Hygiene Hero by ensuring residents look and feel their best every day.
- Develop into a Resident Whisperer by learning unique preferences to deliver individualized care.
- Channel self with keen observation skills and report concerns promptly.
- Don an invisible cape as a Safety Crusader by wielding infection control and risk management procedures.
- Keep your supervisor informed about residents' status and condition as the ultimate Night Owl.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
- Minimum 3 months experience in long-term care preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Medium-heavy physical work required.
- Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or repeatedly.
- Frequent standing and walking with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height.
- Exposure to blood-borne pathogens, body excretions, and communicable diseases.
