Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily hygiene care and assist residents with personal activities.
- Learn about residents' preferences to ensure personalized care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any discrepancies to appropriate team members.
- Understand and apply safety, infection control, and risk management protocols.
- Regularly communicate with your supervisor regarding residents' conditions and any changes observed.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and residents.
