We are seeking an experienced and creative Life Enrichment Specialist to join our team at Christian Living Communities. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of seniors through meaningful engagement.
\This role involves designing and implementing programs that cater to residents' interests and needs, recognizing and addressing their unique needs, and working with the volunteer coordinator to bring in valuable community involvement.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Design and implement programs that cater to residents' interests and needs \
- Recognize and address unique needs of residents \
- Work with volunteer coordinator to bring in community involvement \
- Conduct resident assessments to personalize activities \
- Drive scenic rides and group outings \
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred \
- ~2 years of experience in creating and managing programs for seniors \
- Strong leadership skills – experience in team supervision and relationship building \
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) to drive facility bus \
- Able to read, write, and speak English language \
- Knowledgeable with computer applications; Microsoft Office \
- Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently \
