The Role
This full-time position requires a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse with excellent assessment and care planning skills. As our MDS Coordinator, you'll work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. Your expertise will also help train and support staff, while being part of our quality assurance efforts, always looking for ways to improve. Additionally, you'll maintain clear and professional communication with residents and families, working with the billing team to align assessments with reimbursement requirements, and mentoring new team members through the process.
