Administrative Specialist
Christian Medical & Dental Associations, the world’s largest faith-based organization of healthcare professionals, is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administrative tasks within our organization. Tasks may include responding to inquiries by phone and email, maintaining accurate documentation of files, and assisting with department needs. All while upholding CMDA’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Statement of Faith.
Primary Responsibilities
· Coordinate organizational phone messages daily.
· Maintain data integrity and continuously work to resolve data errors in the database assisting with inconsistencies, inaccuracies and missing data.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting members in a professional manner.
· Process applications and membership renewals
· Ensure accurate data entry in compliance with CMDA standards.
· Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· A vibrant faith and exemplary Christian maturity and witness
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to the overall excellence of the Associations
· Understanding of basic accounting procedures and ability to enter data accurately
· Proficient in PC word processing, spreadsheet and database application programs, specifically Microsoft Office
· A heart for ministry
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Ability to compose and edit letters and other forms of written communication
