About the Opportunity: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an adorable and social 2-year-old boy with Down syndrome in a home setting.
Patient Profile
- 2yearoldmale with Down Syndrome
- Cardiac History requiring regular monitoring
- GTube
- Reflux
- Ambulatory, but requires close supervision appropriate for his age.
Payrates: $30/hour
Requirement:
- Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Spanish Speaking a plus but not required
