Patient Details: Patient is an 18-month-old female with Down Syndrome and cardiac issues. She is mobile, verbal and utilizes a Gtube for feedings.

Shifts Avail:
- Days: Monday and Friday 8am 4pm. Saturday and Sunday Flexible day shifts either 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm
Payrates: $30 - $40/hour
Requirement:
- Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
