Lead Skilled Nursing Staff as an RN Unit Manager
We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and teach our skilled nursing staff. As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the delivery of quality care to our guests while guiding and mentoring your team members.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing care provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and others.
- Develop and implement effective nursing procedures and systems.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of staff and systems that facilitate guest care.
- Apply a systematic approach to individualized nursing care.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care.
Qualifications:
- Current state nursing licensure required.
- CPR certification and additional nursing specialty certifications desired.
- Management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
