About Your Role
As a CNA, you'll work under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to deliver high-quality care to our guests. Key aspects of your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring vital signs and documenting findings
- Collecting and recording data on guests' height, weight, intake, and output
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests
- Providing essential care services such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Supporting guests during meals and hydration
- Notifying nurses of any skin concerns and providing appropriate care
- Addressing guests' emotional and social needs
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification a must
