A dynamic work environment awaits the Maintenance Technician. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and make a real impact on a daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed. Perform heating and air-conditioning related repairs, snow removal, etc. Assist with making vacant apartments ready for move-in. Ensure completion of all resident work orders.

- Knowledge of Plumbing, Painting, Drywall Repair, Electrical, and Customer Service.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and updating supervisors and tenants on tasks.
