Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Building Substitute Teacher to contribute to the education and well-being of our students. The Building Substitute Teacher plays a crucial role in maintaining continuity in the classroom during the absence of regular teaching staff. The building substitute also provides support by completing various elementary duties and supporting teachers in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management:
- Effectively manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Implement and follow lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher.
Instructional Delivery:
Deliver instructional material as outlined in lesson plans, maintaining engagement, and addressing student questions.
Student Support:
- Provide additional support to students as needed.
- Address student concerns and inquiries with empathy and understanding.
Adherence to Policies:
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
