What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Respite Provider position at Christian Servants Home Care, LLC?
Christian Servants Home Care LLC, a non-medical provider agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Respite Provider! In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and care to youth, creating a safe and engaging environment for their well-being.
Current opportunity available in Bay City, Wisconsin! This position will entail a provider to provide supervision within the client's home, age-appropriate activities, light meal preparation, community type outings / transportation (if applicable).
Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4pm-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-4pm; up to 11 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of caregiving experience, preferably in a youth or with persons with disabilities setting.
- Willingness to travel to Bay City, WI and surrounding areas.
- Must possess a smartphone with location tracking capabilities for time tracking purposes.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for youth.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the youth and their families.
Pay is based on education and experience.
