ChristianaCare is seeking a BC/BE Medical Critical Care Intensivist.
The medical critical care is a full service, employed practice that provides clinical patient care and administrative oversight in the intensive care units and respiratory care department, in addition to leadership of systemwide rescue operations. The intensivists oversee patient care in three ICUs using a closed care model and provide consultative support in the Cardiac ICU. In addition to the intensivists, dedicated ICU mid-level providers and medical house staff offer essential support.

Position Highlights:
- Join a collegial group of 11 intensivists and 20 APCs
- Position includes a balance of high acuity, complex patients, educational involvement, and opportunities to engage in clinical research and scholarly activities, as well as participation in adult intensivist group quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Opportunity to work closely with resident physicians and medical students to assure high-quality medical education
- Virtual ICU support for nocturnal coverage
